DETAILED SAFETY REGULATIONS
GUIDELINES FOR SAFE USAGE OF THE CORDLESS SCREWDRIVER
• The cordless screwdriver should be stored in a safe place, out of
reach of children.
• When the tool is operated, proper pressure should be applied onto
the tool as well as appropriate spindle speed. Excessive pressure
does not ensure better operation of the screwdriver, but may result
in its damage.
• When the screwdriver is power-supplied from a battery, do not use
a damaged charger or damaged power cord. Before the battery is
charged, check the condition of the charger and its power cord.
• Do not use the power tool in moist and wet places. Do not expose
the power tool to rainfall. Your workplace should be properly
lit. Flammable liquids or gases should not be stored near your
workplace.
• Maintain proper body position when working with the tool. Always
keep your balance by spacing your feet properly.
• Take proper care of the power tool. Used tips and bits should always
be clean and of a correct type. This will ensure safety and working
efficiency. The power tool handle should be dry, clean, without
traces of oil and grease.
• Avoid accidental switching on of the tool.
• Pay attention. Always look at what you are doing. Be reasonable. Do
not operate the power tool, when you are tired.
• Children or unauthorised people should stay away from your
workplace. Children cannot touch the power tool.
• Keep your workplace in order. Disorder in your workplace and
workshop contributes to injuries.
• Always wear proper clothes for work. Do not wear loose items of
clothing or jewellery. They may get caught by spinning parts of the
power tool. Long hair should be hidden under a headgear.
• Check voltage of the power mains. Do not plug in the battery
charger to the power mains, before you check voltage given in the
rating plate for consistency with voltage of the charger.
• The cordless screwdriver should be repaired by a professional only.
The power tool is manufactured in accordance with proper safety
regulations. The power tool can be repaired by a professional only.
The power tool may be hazardous to use, If it is repaired by the
user.
• Do not leave the power tool on without supervision.
• Do not distract a person operating the power tool. It may result in
the loss of control over the screwdriver.

• Always make sure that a proper tip is used. When incorrect tip is
used, it may slip from a screw head and cause injuries.
