Che fare se... si deve regolare l'acceleratore... si deve regolare la frizione • What to do if... the throttle and clutch need to be
adjusted • Was tun... wenn das Gaspedal eingestellt werden muss?... wenn die Kupplung eingestellt werden muss?
Acceleratore
Realizzare le seguenti operazioni:
1. Collocare il veicolo sopra al cavalletto laterale.
2. Assicurarsi che piegando il manubrio comple-
tamente verso destra o verso sinistra, il
comando dell' acceleratore giri liberamente.
3. Controllare il percorso a vuoto del comando
che deve essere approssimativamente di 4
mm. Se fosse necessario, procedere alla sua
regolazione: allentare il controdato "A" (Fig. 1)
ed intervenire nella regolazione "B". Dopo aver
realizzato la regolazione, stringere il controda-
to "A".
Frizione
Realizzare le seguenti operazioni:
1. Collocare il veicolo sopra al cavalletto laterale.
2. La leva di comando della frizione nel manubrio
deve presentare nel suo estremo un percorso
a vuoto di almeno 8 mm. Intervenire nella vite
di regolazione "C" (Fig. 2). Nel caso in cui la fri-
zione "non entri" o "rimanga incollata", regola-
re la vite di regolazione all'interno del coper-
chio destro. Realizzare questa operazione da
un Concessionario o Distributore DERBI.

Throttle
Perform the following operations:
1. Place the vehicle over the side stand.
2. Make sure that the throttle grip turns freely
when the handlebar is turned to the left or right
side.
3.Check the free clearance has to be around 4
mm. If necessary, proceed to its adjustment:
loosen the locknut "A" (Fig.1) and adjust the
timing "B". After doing the adjustment, press
the locknut "A".
Clutch
Perform the following operations:
1. Place the vehicle over the side stand
2. Check the free clearance which has to be
around 8 mm. Adjust the timing "C". (Fig. 2). In
case that the clutch does not "engage" or if it
"stays stucked" adjust the timing bolt inside the
right side of the cover. This operation must be
done by your nearest Dealer or Distributor de
DERBI.
Gaspedal
Führen Sie folgende Schritte durch:
1. Geben Sie das Fahrzeug seitlich auf den
Motorradheber;
2. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie den
Gasdrehgriff frei durchdrehen können, wenn
Sie den Lenker ganz nach links oder nach
rechts beugen.
3. Überprüfen Sie den Leerweg des Griffes, er
sollte ca. 4 mm betragen. Falls notwendigen,
stellen Sie den Griff nach: Lockern Sie die
Gegenmutter "A" (Abb. 1) und passen Sie die
Einstellung "B" an. Befestigen Sie nach der
Regulierung die Gegenmutter "A".
Kupplung
Führen Sie folgende Schritte durch:
1. Geben Sie das Fahrzeug seitlich auf den
Motorradheber;
2. Der Kupplungshebel des Lenkers muss ganz
Außen einen Leerweg von 8 mm aufweisen.
Andernfalls passen Sie die
Einstellungsschraube "C" (Abb. 2) an. Falls die
Kupplung nicht einkuppelt oder stecken bleibt,
passen Sie die Einstellungsschraube im
Inneren der rechten Klappe an. Lassen Sie
dies von einem Vertragshändler oder DERBI
Verteiler tun.
