Installation - Butt weld spigots:
Adhere to good welding practices!
Different versions!
Depending on the version, one of
the bolts is guided through a lug
(arrow) on the body.
With this version only unscrew that
bolt slightly. Unscrew the other
bolts completely and swivel the
centre section aside instead of
removing it.

Loosen nuts 19 completely.

Remove washers 20.

Remove bolts 18.
G
Remove centre section KM.
G
Weld butt weld spigots S1 right and left

to the piping R.
Allow butt weld spigots to cool down.

Reassemble the ball valve.

Tighten nuts 19a - 19d diagonally,

holding them with a wrench.
