For regeneration, place the filter into a
standard baking oven at a temperate of
200°C for 1-2 hours (length of regenera-
tion depends on the level of contamina-
tion and the time of use).
After cooling down, the hood body must
be swivelled out. For this, turn out the
two screws in the upper body of the
hood and secure the lower hood body
with one hand. After removal of the two
screws, swivel the lower part of the
hood down slowly. The luminaires are
now easily accessible and can be re-
placed. For this, first remove the socket
(a) from the luminaire (c). Then com-
press the spring ring (b) and take it out
upwards. The luminaire can now be
removed from the covering rosette and
replaced. When inserting the new lumi-
naire, always prevent skin contact. Pro-
ceed in reverse order for installation.
Attention: The hood body cannot be
swivelled down in the B or A versions! In
these versions, the luminaires are ac-
cessible through the filter space and are
removed in the same order.
Faults
Please contact our service department
immediately, if:
- If the extractor hood creates unusual
noises and you are unable to detect any
faults after checking the extraction air
line
- If you discover, for example, by hear-
ing strange noises, that the motor is
faulty or defective
