USE AND OPERATION

Place the appliance on a firm and even surface. Plug the unit on and press the power
button for 3 seconds until the the display and the inidcator light illuminate.

Cooking Temperature
The temperature range is 40-90°C with 1°C increments. Choose different temperatures
for different kind of food and doneness. To find the right cooking temperature see
cooking table on the next side.
Cooking Time
The right cooking time depends on the thickness of your food. You may set cooking time
between 1 and 24 hours. To find the right cooking time see cooking table on the next
side.
Suitable food
Meat is ideal for cooking in thr sous vide mode as it is more tender, succulent and
flavour filled.
• Red meats like lamb, beef and pork.
• Poultry like chicken, turkey, duck.
• Fish and Seafood like fish, lobster tails, scallops.
• Root vegetables like potato, carrot, parsnip, beets, turnips.
• Tender vegetables like peas, asparagus, corn, broccoli, cauliflower, eggplant,
onions, squash.
• Firm fruits like apple, pear.
• Tender fruit like mango, plum, apricot, peach, nectarine, papaya, strawberry.
