Gas Requirements
• The appliance must use an EN16129 approved gas regulator and EN16436-1
approved gas hose with a length of at least 1 meter. You will need to purchase them
from your local gas dealer if not supplied.
• Refer to your gas supplier for instructions on the use of your gas cylinder.
• Never use a gas cylinder with a damaged body, valve, collar, or foot ring.
• A dented or rusty gas cylinder may be hazardous and should be checked out by a
gas supplier.
• Never connect this appliance to an unregulated gas source. When the appliance is
not in use, turn the gas cylinder OFF.
• The appliance must only be powered with Propane, Butane or their mixture gas. The
appliance can be used with any gas cylinder of weights no more than 15kg. The
gas cylinder should not be dropped or handled roughly! If the appliance is not in
use, the cylinder must be disconnected. Replace the protective cap on the cylinder
after disconnecting the cylinder from the appliance.
• Before connecting the cylinder, make sure that its tap is closed and there are no
open flames (lit oven, etc.) in the vicinity and the gasket seal is in good condition.
Then connect the pressure regulator onto the cylinder.
• The hose used for this appliance must be replaced every two years.
• Check the gas hose once per month and each time the cylinder is changed, if it
shows cracking, splitting or other deterioration, it should be replaced with a new
one.
• Taking care that the gas hose is not twisted or choked and doesn't touch to any hot
parts.
• To replace the cylinder, make sure that its tap is closed and that there are no open
flames
• (lit oven, etc.) or sources of heat in the place where you are working. Always keep
the gas cylinder at upright position.
• Do not mishandle the connections or other components.
• Do not turn the cylinder upside down to completely use its contents.
• It is necessary to change the flexible tube when the national conditions require it.
• If required by local regulations, the flexible hose must be replaced.
