Notes:
In order to activate the locking
function, the oven must not be
switched on.
The locking function is no longer ac-
tive after a power failure.
Interrupting the cooking/baking
process (Pause)
WARNING
Fire hazard!
The oven is a fire hazard. Food can
burn. Baking paper or other flamma-
ble objects in or near the oven can
catch fire.
• Interrupting the cooking process
("Pause") does not switch off the
appliance.
You can temporarily interrupt a cooking/baking
process:
• Press the Pause/Stop button
The light in the cooking compartment will go
out; the remaining time and temperature indi-
cator will start to flash.
To continue an interrupted cooking process,
• press the Start button
The oven lamp will light up again; the re-
maining time and temperature indicator will
no longer flash.
Energy-saving mode
Usually, if no cooking/baking process is running,
the appliance will automatically switch to ener-
gy-saving mode after 10 minutes. You can re-
duce this time.
To switch the appliance to energy-saving mode
immediately,
• hold down the Start button
seconds.
The display will disappear.
To end the energy-saving mode,
• push any button or move any toggle switch.

Switching on the oven lamp
NOTICE
Risk of damage to property!
Improper handling of the appliance
may damage it.
• Only use the oven lightbulb to light
the inside of the oven.
The oven lamp will light for all
cooking functions except ECO
mode.
You can switch on the oven lamp without baking
or roasting anything.
1. Turn the left toggle switch 9 slightly clock-
wise.
A bulb symbol will appear on the right-hand
side of the display.
