MAINTENANCE
Maintenance and repairs should be performed by authorized service providers only or, after consultation with ATH, be
performed by the customer
Before any maintenance and repair jobs, the lift have to be disconnected from the power supply (main switch
turned off, disconnect the main plug) . Secured every thing against the power supply reconnection.
Only skilled persons/experts are allowed to work on the electrical part of the lift respectively on the supply.

The lift finish should be inspected and cleaned on a regular basis
•
All corrosive and harsh chemicals that come in contact with the lift should be removed immediately to prevent
damage to the lift finish.
•
Damaged caused by any contact of harsh chemicals should be treated or repaired immediately (i.e. penetrating
oil, paint, etc.)
•
Damages to the lift finish must be repaired to prevent further damage.
•
Lift finishes damaged due to installation in highly corrosive areas (wash bays, outside, etc.) and not manufactured
for these areas (fully galvanized) is not warranted by the manufacturer.
•
Detailed maintenance and care instructions are located in the owner´s manual.

Troubleshooting
Check the motor and if necessary
replace it
Detect and replace the fuses
Replace the push button and/or
contact stage
Replace main switch and/or contact
Replace the supply line
Check the input voltage
Replace the motor contactor
Check the relays
Refill hydraulic oil
Clean the oil filter
Replace the defective components
Check and if necessary replace the
lowering valve
Change the phases
Check and if necessary replace the
hydraulic gear pump
Lift within the specified load capacity
Set the pressure control valve.
Refill hydraulic oil
The distance between the slide ways
and columns must be 1,5-2,5mm
Vent the hydraulic
system.
Change the hydraulic oil
