Note: If a handle lever is loose, open the lever,
rotate it clockwise 1 or 2 turns to tighten it, then
close the lever (Figure 5).

Installing the Starter Rope

Procedure
Pull the starter rope through the rope guide on the
handle (Figure 6).

Attach the lip onto the front of the grass bag frame as
