13.3 Temperature regulation
For correct operation of the machine and optimal drink storage, we suggest to set "set point" of the
thermostat as it follows:

14. MACHINE DEFROSTING
The formation of frost on the container walls is normal.
The quantity and speed of accumulation vary according to ambient conditions and how often the doors are
opened.
Auomatic defrosting is set by default on all the model types .
In the event of the evaporator becoming clogged with ice, proceed as follows:
Keep pushing DEF ▼ button more than 5 seconds.
In case of lack of general feeding (for any reason) the condensation drying tray turns off. For such reason
the tray might not restrain condensation water.
15. FOOD HYGIENE AND CLEANING
Before carrying out any cleaning operation, turn the main switch off and unplug the unit from the socket
interlocked with switch..
Once a day
• Clean all the machine parts using a cloth soaked in warm water and neutral detergent; never use abrasive
powder or detergents that could damage the system internally or externally, especially the glass or
polycarbonate parts.
• Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
In the event of prolonged inactivity
• turn the main switch off;
• unplug the unit from the socket interlocked with switch;
• take all the food out;
• thaw and thoroughly clean the machine with neutral disinfectant products to
protect it from oxidisation (see chapter n° 15);
• leave the machine door open (if openable) to prevent the formation of mould,
bad smells and oxidisation;
• cover the system to protect it from dust.
