WARNING
The power supply cable shall have the right length so that it does not apply
a mechanical strain to this equipment. Failure to observe this requirement
creates an electrical shock hazard and may also damage this equipment.
CAUTION
If the external power supply is able to supply more than 2.5 A then an

overcurrent protection device (typically a fuse) must be installed between
the power supply and this equipment.
CAUTION
If the power supply is located outside the combiner box then it is mandatory
to install next to this equipment (inside the combiner box) a suitable
Weidmüller DC surge protective device. Please contact your Weidmüller's
sales representative for support.
CAUTION
If no DC surge protective device is installed inside the combiner box before
the power supply input (connector X6), then the cable connected to X6 shall
be less than 3 meters long in order to maintain EMC compliance.
