6. Installation and Connection
6.1 Installation
All connection cables must neither be flexed nor squashed. This can result
in malfunctions, short circuits and defects in the device.
Make sure that cables or wires are not damaged when drilling or bolting in
place.
• Detach the rear mounting frame by removing the screw on the underside of the housing.
• The mounting frame has several installation holes.
• Take the mounting frame and hold it to the desired mounting location.
• Drill the required mounting holes if necessary.
• Attach the mounting frame to the intended mounting location.
• Now continue connection (powered-down) and then attach the code lock again to the moun-
ting frame by re-attaching the previously removed screw.
