Each TegraDoser can have a unique ID. This is achieved using the
small rotary switch on the side of TegraDoser-1.
Use the small flat blade screwdriver included with the

TegraDoser-1 to rotate the arrow to the desired ID number.
Mark the bottle using the labels supplied with the TegraDoser-1.

Show clearly the ID address of the TegraDoser and the type of
suspension or lubricant present in the bottle.
The ID number of any TegraDoser should be unique. None of the other
TegraDosers used on this machine should have the same ID selected as
the complete set of preparation parameters of one preparation step can be
saved together with the bottle ID.
If the new DiaPro suspensions combining both diamond suspension and
lubricant are used, only one liquid has to be applied during each preparation
step. This is the ideal application for TegraDoser-1.
By filling several TegraDosers with unique ID's with a different suspension
each, a complete preparation method can be carried out without
reprogramming of the equipment.
As soon as one TegraDoser-1 is replaced with another, the preparation
parameters automatically change to the parameters used last time the
TegraDoser-1 with this ID was used. Thus an entire preparation method can
be carried out just by exchanging TegraDosers as the correct parameters
