THE ADVANTAGE OF THE THOMAS CENTRAL VACUUM SYSTEM
The Thomas central vacuum system works with a vacuum unit which is
connected to the different suction boxes by means of the standard
HT pipes, 50 mm in diameter, available in the trade.
HT pipes are best suited as suction line for central vacuum systems
which is also evidenced by test carried out by independent testing insti-
tute results including the University of Siegen, Germany

You can vacuum conveniently and easily with the telescopic high-grade
stainless steel suction tube and the 8 m long suction hose without
having to carry the heavy appliance from one room to the next or up
and downstairs. All that you have to do is insert the suction hose in the
vacuum socket and use the radio remote controller to switch on the
cleaner. You can then clean the rooms most efficiently without being
irritated by the loud running motor.
No exhaust air gets back into the room again when using the THOMAS
central vacuum system because the air is directly conducted outdoors
after going through the filter. This is a significant feature for people suf-
fering from house dust allergies and asthma and such people will
immediately appreciate the difference to conventional vacuuming
methods.
The vacuum sockets for the THOMAS central vacuum system are similar
in design and size to modern light switches and do not disturb the
appearance in the living room area.
The cross dirt traps in the vacuum sockets ensure troublefree operation
and prevent items such as Lego bricks, pencils or knitting needles, for
example, from getting into the pipe system.
Since a radio remote controller is used, there is no need to lay electric
control cables.

car, workshop or garage. This mobile unit can be used to remove wet
or coarse dirt such as leaves, for example, in just the way as to
vacuum fine dust.
