Misuse may damage the ap-
pliance.
Only fi ll the water tank with

water. Never fi ll with other
liquids e.g. descaling agent.
Prerequisite: The mains plug is
disconnected from the socket.
1. Remove water tank if you
have not already done so:
Push the locking mechanism
(12) on the top of the water
tank handle (11) and pull the
water tank out.
2. Open the tank cap (13).
3. Fill the water tank up to the
MAX mark with cold, clean
water.
4. Close the tank cap.
5. Insert the water tank into the
steam generator iron (b).

1. Pull the cable guide (8) slight-
ly away from the appliance
and unwind the power cord.
2. Connect the mains plug with
a properly installed socket
with earthing contact.
