Initial operation
1. Connect pressure hose of the "Regusol" filling
and flushing station (not supplied) to connec-
tion (1).
2. Connect flushing hose to connection (7).
3. Open check valve in ball valve (4) by turning
the handle anti-clockwise to 45°, see illustr. 30.
4. Close ball valve (5) by turning the handle anti-
clockwise to 90°.
5. Open fill and drain valve (1) and ball valve at the
check valve (6) (handle parallel to the pipe).
6. Flush installation for at least 10 min. until the
escaping heat transfer medium does no longer
contain any dirt particles.
7. Flush out air from the remaining pipe section
by opening the ball valve (5) at 45° for a brief
period.
8. Close ball valve at the safety group (6) (handle
at 90° to pipe)
9. Fill installation until it reaches the required
pressure and bleed.
10. Close fill and drain valve (1) (handle at 90° to
pipe).
11. Set check valve in the ball valve (4) to opera-
ting position, see illustr. 30.
12. Open ball valve (5).
13. Having filled the installation, circulate solar
circuit pump by hand for at least 10 min, see
supplier documentation "Regtronic RX" Instal-
lation and operating instructions.
14. Bleed installation again.
15. Check system pressure and correct if required.
