BENUTZUNG Allgemeine Nutzungshinweise Sobald Sie Ihr gewünschtes Übungsprogramm ausgewählt haben, empfehlen wir Ihnen, dieses 3 Mal am Tag für jeweils 10 Minuten zu absolvieren. Jede Trainingseinheit sollte in 3x3 Minuten unterteilt werden und auf ausreichende, auf das Training abgestimmte Pausen geachtet werden.

Programme Es gibt fünf verschiedene automatisch voreingestellte Programme, die im Gerät gespeichert sind.

Um eines dieser Programme zu verwenden drücken Sie, wenn das Gerät im Standby-Modus ist, so lange die Taste auf dem Gerätebildschirm oder der Fernbedienung, bis Sie das ge- wünschte Programm erreicht haben. Wenn Sie sechs Mal drücken gelangen Sie zum ma- nuellen Modus zurück.
Aufwärmen und Abwärmen Dehnung der Wadenmuskulatur und der Achillessehne Stellen Sie sich ungefähr eine Armlänge von der Wand oder dem Stuhl entfernt mit hüftbrei- ten Beinen hin. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Zehen beider Füße nach vorne zeigen. Bewegen Sie ein Bein in Richtung des Stuhls, während Sie das Bein hinter Ihnen gerade lassen. Beu- gen Sie das Knie des Beins, das am nächsten am Stuhl ist und halten Sie das Bein hinter Ihnen gestreckt.

Über Kopf-/Trizepsdehnung Stehen Sie mit Ihren Füßen schulterbreit auseinander und leicht gebeugten Knien auf dem Boden. Heben Sie einen Arm über Ihren Kopf und beugen Sie Ihren Ellbogen, indem Sie hinter Ihrem Kopf in Richtung des entgegengesetzten Schulterblatts nach unten greifen. Lassen Sie Ihre Fingerspitzen so weit wie möglich den Rücken hinunter wandern.

Ganzkörpertraining Hocke Stellen Sie sich mit beiden Füßen auf die Vibrationsplatte, die Füße schulterbreit vonein- ander entfernt. Halten Sie Ihren Rücken gerade, die Knie gebeugt und spannen Sie leicht Ihre Beinmuskulatur an. Sie sollten dann eine Spannung in Ihrem Quadrizeps, Gesäß und Rücken verspüren.

Trizipsübung Drehen Sie sich mit dem Rücken zur Vibrationsplatte und halten Sie sich an der Kante der Standfläche fest. Winkeln Sie Ihre Arme leicht an und bringen Sie Ihre Hüfte auf eine Ebene mit der Standfläche, so dass die Schulterblätter nah zueinander kommen. Sie sollten dann eine Muskelspannung in Ihren Oberarmen und Schultern verspüren.

Seitliches Schultertraining Stellen Sie sich vorsichtig auf die Vibrationsplatte. REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE • Reinigen Sie das Gerät, direkt nach der Verwendung, mit einem feuchten Lappen und einem milden Reinigungsmittel. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Gerät vor der Reinigung ausgeschaltet wird und der Netzstecker aus der Steckdose gezogen wird. • Sollten Sie Ihre Vibrationsplatte zwischendurch verstauen müssen ist es ratsam, sich hierfür Hilfe zu holen, da das Gerät sehr schwer ist.

REMOTE CONTROL POWER - Turns the machine on or off PROGRAM - Pressing this button will select the automaticprogram. If you press it again it will se- lect the second program, repeatedly pressing it will cycle through the automatic programs and manual mode.
BEFORE USE TOP TIP If this is your timeon a vibration trainer, it could be advantageous to place the Vibration plate close to something you can balance yourself on. USAGE GENERAL Once you have chosen your exercise routine, we recommend repeating it 3 times a day for 10 minutes per session. For each session it is preferable to do 3 x 3 minutes and to rest for a time equivalent to the workout. E.g - After a 3 minute workout, rest for 3 minutes before beginning to exercise again.

WARMING UP AND COOLING DOWN Quadriceps stretch Stand close to a wall, chair or other solid object. Use one hand to assist your balance. Bend the opposite knee and lift your heel towards your buttocks. Reach back and grasp the top of your foot with the same side hand.

Standing hamstrig stretch Stand with your legs hip width apart. Extend one leg out in front of you and keep that foot against the ground. With your hands resting lightly on your thighs, bend your back leg and lean forward slightly from your hips until you feel a stretch in the back of your thigh. Be sure to lean forward from the hip joint rather than bending at your waist.

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT Squat Stand on the vibration plate with your feet shoulder width apart. Keep your back straight, knees bent and gently tense your leg muscles. You should then feel tension in your quad- riceps, buttocks and back. To increase the intensity of the exercise bend your knees more. Calves Stand on tiptoe in the centre of the Vibration plate.

Triceps dip Turn your back to the vibration plate and grip the edge of the platform. Bend your arms slightly and bring your hip to the level of the platform, so that your shoulder blades come close to one another. You should then feel muscle tension in your upper arms and shoul- ders.

Side plank Resting your forearm on to the vibration plate, outstretch your legs and lift your hips up so all your body weight is being supported through your forearm. Hold this position for a short period of time and then repeat on the other side. This will work your core and oblique muscles.

Side deltoid raises Carefully stand on the Vibration plate. Grip the resistance band handles and extend arms down to waist height at the side of your body. With palms facing down and arms slightly bent at the elbow, raise both arms sideways from your shoulder and down again. Continue to raise and lower both arms at the same time in a controlled manner.
STORAGE AND CLEANING • Clean the Vibration plate with a damp cloth and mild detergent only, immediately after use. Ensure the Vibration plate is unplugged from the mains before cleaning is under- taken. • Regularly check the cord/cable for damage before storing. Should the cord/cable be damaged in any way it must ONLY be replaced by the manufacturer or a similar person in order to avoid a hazard.
