Functional description

The dust extractor uses negative pressure (suction) to force the air through a suction
cover/nozzle, hose system, pre-separator and dust separator. Coarse separation is
carried out in the machine's cyclone, providing very effective separation of any coarse
dust. Fine dust is separated in the units filter. Reverse-pulse filter cleaning ensures
extended filter life. The machine is fitted with a HEPA filter.
The dust extractor is durable and reliable. It is particularly suitable for the suction and
removal of dry, hazardous, non-combustible dust in class H as well as dust with ELV
and dust of carcinogenic particles according to GefStoffV (German Hazardous
substances Ordinance).
Includes demolition, renovation and maintenance work under the German TRGS 519
technical rules for hazardous substances.
The extracted and filtered material is collected in a container lined with a plastic bag.
The container is easily detached from the machine by releasing the catches, making
the material more manageable when emptying.
CAUTION
The machine contains hazardous dust. Emptying and maintenance
operations, including removal of the dust separation container, may only
be carried out by qualified personnel who must wear appropriate
protective equipment. Do not use the unit without the entire filtration
system in place.
