Installation

• When installed with ISOFIX anchorages and top tether, this type of child safety seat is suit-
able for fixing into the seats of cars equipped with the ISOFIX system, which are fitted in
accordance with ECE R14.
• When installed with a vehicle 3-point belt, this type of child safety seat is suitable for cars
equipped with 3-point belts and approved by ECE R16. It is not suitable for cars equipped
only with 2-point safety belts.
• Note: When using ISOFIX, the ISOFIX guide sleeves can be inserted into the ISOFIX anchor-
ages on the vehicle. The ISOFIX anchorages on both ends are pushed inward along the
guide sleeves to prevent the ISOFIX attachments from inserting into and damaging the seat
surface (see below).
