Handling and operation

Open the cover of the battery compartment
the appliance.
Insert a 9V Block battery (not supplied) into the battery compart-
ment . Ensure that the polarities are correct.

Close the battery compartment
allowing it to lock into place.

Providing mains power

Plug the mains power plug into a wall socket. The time of day
(0:00 o'clock) will be shown in the display
VHF wire antenna
For VHF reception completely unfold the wire antenna
