Safety and protective devices

Defective and disabled safety and pro-
tective devices can lead to serious inju-
ry.

tective devices repaired.

Never disable safety and protective
devices.
Safety key
The appliance is provided with a safety key to
prevent inadvertent switching on. Switch off the
appliance before carrying out any work and al-
ways remove the safety key.
Motor switch bracket
The appliance is fitted with a motor switch brack-
et. In case of danger, simply release it. The motor
and mower mechanism are stopped.
Safety button
In order to switch on the motor by means of the
motor switch bracket, the safety button must be
pressed beforehand.
Baffle
The impact flap protects against cuttings and ob-
jects, e.g. stones, flying out.
