Produkt- und Funktionsbeschreibung
Der RS 510K23 Thermoantriebaktor ist ein KNX Gerät mit zwei
schaltenden Ausgängen zur Ansteuerung von Thermoventilan-
trieben. Es wird in einer AP 118 Automationsmodulbox oder in
einer AP 641 Raumautomationsbox installiert. Der Busanschluss
erfolgt über eine Busklemme, die Stromversorgung der
Aktorelektronik über die Busspannung.
Über Parameter des Applikationsprograms zum RS 510K23
Thermoantriebaktor ist einstellbar,
- ob die Ansteuerung des Ausgangs über ein 1-bit oder ein 8-bit
Objekt erfolgen soll,
- ob das Ventil im stromlosen Zustand geöffnet oder ge-
schlossen ist,
- bis zu welchem Stellgrößenwert das Ventil geschlossen bleibt,
- ab welchem Stellgrößenwert das Ventil bereits vollständig ge-
öffnet ist,
- um welchen Wert (Hysterese) sich die Stellgröße mindestens
geändert haben muss, damit eine neue Einschalt- bzw. Aus-
schaltdauer berechnet wird,
- welche Zykluszeit bei der Pulsweitenmodulation (PWM) zu be-
rücksichtigen ist,
- ob das Ventil alle 72 Stunden einmal geöffnet werden soll, um
so ein Festsetzen zu vermeiden,
- welchen Schaltzustand der Ausgang bei Busspannungsausfall
und welchen er bei Busspannungswiederkehr annehmen soll.
Verhalten bei Ausfall / Wiederkehr von Busspannung
Bei Busspannungsausfall wird der aktuelle Schaltstatus dauer-
haft gespeichert, damit dieser bei Netzwiederkehr bzw. Bus-
spannungswiederkehr ggf. wiederherstellbar sind.
Bei Busspannungswiederkehr werden die parametrierten Aktio-
nen ausgeführt und ggf. neue Stati gemeldet.
Verhalten bei Entladen des Applikationsprogramms
Wird das Applikationsprogramm mit der ETS „entladen", hat das
Gerät keine Funktion mehr.
Rücksetzen des Gerätes in den Auslieferzustand
Wenn die Lerntaste länger als 20 Sekunden gedrückt wird, wird
das Gerät in den Auslieferzustand zurückgesetzt. Alle Konfigura-
tionseinstellungen gehen dabei verloren.
Das Gerät wird mit der Engineering Tool Software (ETS) ab Ver-
sion ETS4 konfiguriert und in Betrieb genommen.

Product and Application Description
The RS 510K23 Thermal drive actuator is a KNX device with two
switching outputs for control of thermal drive actuators. The de-
vice is installed in an AP 118 Control Module Box or an AP 641
Room Control Box. The bus is connected via a bus terminal
block. The actuator electronics are supplied via the bus voltage.
Via parameters of the application program for the RS 510K23
Thermal drive actuator, you can set,
- whether the output is to be controlled by a 1-bit or an 8-bit ob-
ject,
- whether the valve in the de-energized state is to be open or
closed,
- up to which actuating variable value the valve is to remain
closed,
- from which actuating variable value the valve is to be com-
pletely open already,
- to which least value (hysteresis) the actuating variable must be
changed in order to compute a new ON or OFF time,
- which cycle time is to be included for pulse width modulation
(PWM) ,
- whether the valve is to be opened once every 72 hours to
avoid a blockage,
- which switching status the output is to assume in the event of
a bus voltage failure and which after bus voltage recovery.
Behavior at bus voltage failure / recovery
On bus voltage failure the current switching status value is
saved for restoration on bus voltage recovery.
On bus voltage recovery the configured actions are executed
and, if applicable, new status values are reported.
Behavior on unloading the application program
When the application program is unloaded with ETS the device
does not function.
Resetting the device to ex-factory settings
When the programming button is pressed for more than 20 se-
conds the device is reset to the ex-factory settings. All configura-
tion settings are lost.
The device is configured and commissioned with the ETS (Engi-
neering Tool Software) version ETS4 or later.
