Dopo avere fi ssato la piastra di ancoraggio e la staffa di attacco, procedere in questo modo:
I
1_ ancorare il motoriduttore alla piastra usando 4 viti TE M6x120, 4 rondelle Ø6x12x1.2 e 4 dadi M6 alti autobloccanti come
evidenziato nel disegno;
2_ per il fi ssaggio sfruttare i 4 fori passanti ricavati sulla carcassa in alluminio del motoriduttore; collocare la rondella tra dado e
motore;
3_ fi ssare l'asta con borchia all'albero di uscita motore avvitando un bullone; assicurarsi che l'asta sia ben saldamente bloccata e
che non possa staccarsi inavvertitamente durante l'uso;
4_ fi ssare con apposita vite + dado l'asta con fori alla staffa fi ssata all'anta del cancello;
5_ dopo avere passato i cavi per i collegamenti elettrici, sfruttando i fori ricavati sulla piastra, infi lare il carter e fi ssarlo con 2 viti TCEI
M6x40 come illustrato in Fig. 7-8.
Nachdem die Verankerungsplatte und der Anschlussbügel befestigt worden sind, wie folgt vorgehen:

1_ den Getriebemotor mit 4 Schrauben TE M6x120, 4 Unterlegscheiben Ø6x12x1,2 und 4 selbstsichernden, hohen Muttern M6, wie
auf der Zeichnung gezeigt, an der Platte befestigen;
2_ für die Befestigung die 4 durchgehenden Löcher im Aluminiumgehäuse des Getriebemotors benutzen; die Unterlegscheibe
zwischen Mutter und Motor anordnen;
3_ die Stange mit Beschlag an der Motorwelle befestigen und eine Mutterschraube anschrauben; sicherstellen, dass die Stange
fest blockiert ist und sich nicht zufällig während des Gebrauchs lösen kann;
4_ die Stange mit Löchern mit ihrer Schraube + Mutter am Bügel befestigen, der am Torfl ügel befestigt worden ist;
5_ nachdem die Kabel für die Elektroanschlüsse durch die Löcher in der Platte geführt worden sind, das Gehäuse einsetzen und
wie in Abb. 7-8 gezeigt mit 2 Schrauben TCEI M6x40 befestigen.
After having fi xed the anchoring plate and bracket, proceed as follows:

1_ anchor the gearmotor to the plate using 4 M6x120 hexagonal head screws, 4 washers Ø 6x12x1,2 and 4 M6 high self-locking
nuts as shown in the drawing;
2_ to fasten, make use of the 4 through holes on the gearmotor aluminium case; place the washer between the nut and the motor;
3_ secure the rod with boss to the motor output shaft, by fi xing a bolt; make sure the rod is fi rmly secured and cannot come away
accidentally during use;
4_ with the screw and nut secure the rod with holes to the bracket fi xed to the gate wing;
5_ after passing the cables for the electrical connection, using the holes on the plate, put the casing in position and secure it with
the 2 M6x40 screws as shown in Figs. 7-8.
Après avoir fi xé la plaque d'ancrage et la patte de fi xation, procéder de la façon suivante:

1_ ancrer le motoréducteur à la plaque à l'aide de 4 vis à six pans M6x120, 4 rondelles Ø 6x12x1,2 et 4 écrous M6 hauts autobloquants
comme le montre le dessin
2_ pour la fi xation, utiliser les 4 trous passants se trouvant sur la carcasse en aluminium du motoréducteur; placer la rondelle entre
l'écrou et le moteur
3_ fi xer la barre avec rivet à l'arbre de sortie moteur en le bloquant avec un boulon; s'assurer que la barre est solidement bloquée
et ne peut pas se détacher accidentellement durant le fonctionnement
4_ avec la vis et l'écrou prévus à cet effet, fi xer la barre avec trous à la patte fi xée sur le battant du portail
5_ après avoir passé les câbles pour le branchement électrique, en utilisant les trous présents sur la plaque, enfi ler le carter et le
fi xer avec 2 vis à six pans en creux comme l'illustre la Fig. 7-8.
Tras haber fi jado la placa de anclaje y la brida de unión; proceder de la siguiente manera:

1_ fi jar el motorreductor en la placa, usando 4 tornillos de cabeza hexagonal M6x120, 4 arandelas Ø6x12x1.2 y 4 tuercas altas M6
de seguridad, como ilustrado en el dibujo.
2_ para la fi jación, utilizar los 4 agujeros pasantes que se encuentran en la carcasa de aluminio del motorreductor; colocar la
arandela entre la tuerca y el motor
3_ fi jar la varilla con bulón al árbol de salida del motor enroscando un perno; cerciorarse de que la varilla esté perfectamente
bloqueada y que no pueda soltarse inadvertidamente durante el uso.
4_ fi jar con el respectivo tornillo + tuerca la varilla con agujeros al estribo fi jado a la hoja de la cancela
5_ Tras haber pasado los cables para las conexiones eléctricas, aprovechando los agujeros hechos en la placa, introducir el cárter
y fi jarlo con 2 tornillos Allen M6x40, como muestran las Figs. 7-8.
