7. MAINTENANCE
7.1. TAKE OUT THE FILTER

CAUTION:
Do not operate the system without the air filter to
protect the indoor unit heat exchanger against being
clogged.
Turn OFF the main power switch before taking out
the filter
The indication "FILTER" is shown on the display of
the remote control switch after approximately 200
hours operation (PC-P1HE).
"FILTER" (Yellow lamp) is lit on the front grille
(PC-LH3A).
Take out the air filter according to the following steps.
Step 1
Pull up right and left side of the air intake grille as shown
in the figure below.
Step 2
Pull down the air filter after lifting and remove it from the
hinge.

CAUTION:
Do not operate the system without the air filter to

Turn OFF the main power switch before taking out the filter.
(The previous operation mode may appear.)

remote control switch after approximately 200 hour
operation.
Take out the air filter according to the following steps:
In case of PC-P1HE
Step 1
Press" "switch." "(Up & Down Panel Operation)
will be displayed in the Liquid Crystal Display.
Step 2
When operating multiple indoor units by a remote control
switch, press TEMP. (Temperature Setting) switch and
set the address to be opened.
Step 3
By Pressing TIME (Time Setting) switch, keep the louver
at a horizontal position. If pressing the "
angle is at a closing position, the louver will be moved at
the horizontal position.

If pressing the " " when louver angle is at the horizontal
position, the louver angle will be moved at the closing
position.

In case of PC-LH3A
Step 1
Face the transmitter toward the receiver of the indoor
unit and press the RESET switch.
Step 2
Change the louver angle to the horizontal position. If
pressing the RESET switch when louver angle is
horizontal position, the louver will be moved at the
closing position.
"Reset"

Pull the air filter downward from the air filter grille.
I Press the "Reset" switch on the remote controller after
cleaning the air filter.
