C. Connect power, digital input, and contactor coil wiring
note: RMC units use WAGO cage-
clamp spring terminals for secure wire
connections. Review the steps at right
for using this type of terminal.
note: Strip length for wires in WAGO
terminals is 10 mm (3/8").
1.
Connect 24 Vdc wiring.
24 Vdc supply must be connected at two
locations on the Network Processor
Module. Use jumpers as shown or run
two separate sets of wires from the
power supply output to the terminals
shown.
2.
Connect line voltage supply.
In this example, the supply is common
for the power supply and contactor coils.
Separate supplies may be used. Be sure
to size the wiring to the Contactor Coil
Voltage Supply Module large enough to
carry the current of all contactor coils
energized simultaneously.

Using WAGO Terminals
1
Insert flat blade
screwdriver into
square hole.
Connection terminals on RMC module
accept 28–12 AWG (0.08–2.5 mm2) wire.

The current through the Supply Module
must not exceed 10 A steady-state. If the
current draw of all contactor coils energized
simultaneously exceeds 10 A, an additional
Supply Module must be added to the
RMC assembly. Contact Pentair Thermal
Management for assistance.
