Connect wiring to contactor coils.
Connect the contactor coils to the
terminals on each RMC-2RO 2-channel
relay output modules as shown.
note: For large contactors (greater
than 80 A rating) connect R-C surge
suppressors (available as accessories
from the contactor supplier) across the
coil contacts to reduce large voltage
spikes which occur when contactor coils
are switched off.
4. Connect digital inputs (if specified in design).
If circuit breaker trip or power contactor
failure alarms are to be used, connect
them to the Digital Inputs Module.
Connect the first input to the left-side
terminals on the module and the second
input to the right-side terminals on the
module, as shown. 24 Vdc is supplied
internally, so no external power supply
is required.
