Scale on drain valve (blocked).

bag).
Level control print defective.

Overvoltage on analog signal input.
Important notes on fault elimination:
- The Defensor Mk4 must be put out of operation prior to eliminating faults (see
section 4.3).
- Faults must only be eliminated by qualified and trained technical personnel.
Faults in the electrical installation must only be eliminated by authorised
personnel.
- A fault report can be reset by switching the Defensor Mk4 off and on again. If
the cause of the fault is not eliminated, the fault report appears again.
Elimination
Clean drain valve, check steam cylinder
strainer and replace, as required.
Replace float.
Clean or replace hose.
Check protective resistor (if present), check
connections of geared motor and/or
replace geared motor.
Connect or replace position monitor.
Replace control p.c.b.
Replace drain valve.
Clean or replace steam cylinder strainer.
Use overpressure hose set (option "Z251")
or underpressure hose set (option "Z251").
Remove adapter and clean opening,
replace adapter, if required.
Balance fluctuations of duct pressure.
Check supply lines and water pressure.
Check steam hose, clean if necessary and fit
better.
Check wiring and replace level control
print, as required.
Replace level control print. Check for leak-
ing water conduits and remedy.
Replace control p.c.b.
Remove magnetic field.
Install appropriate CPU.
Measure control signal and set rotary switch
"SW2" to the correct position (see separate
documentation "Electrical Installation", red
sheets).
