When the maintenance work has been completed, reset the counter for the
maintenance intervals as follows:
1.
1. Press pushbutton for drainage and keep pressed with the unit switched off.
2. Switch on humidifier with main switch <I/O>.
3. Keep pushbutton for drainage pressed for a further 5 seconds until the red lamp
lights up shortly.
As soon as the red lamp stops flashing the counter for the maintenance interval is
reset .
Survey of maintenance work
The following work must be performed during a maintenance procedure:
- Steam distribution head and steam hose
Check and clean if necessary.
Steam cylinder/heating elements

Check, clean and verify correct screwing of the heating elements. Have an
electrician check the heating elements for continuity and fault current.
- Filter valve
Check and clean if necessary.
Water pipes

Check water hoses in unit for cracking, replace if necessary. Remove T-piece
(Pos. 46 of exploded view), check and clean if necessary.
- Drain valve
Check for scale deposits, clean if necessary.
Warning! Do not dismantle valve.
Drain pipe and siphon if present

Check and clean if necessary.
- Electrical connections
Check connections (particularly those on the main contactor) for tightness and
condition.
Warning! This work must only be performed by an electrician or technician with
equivalent training.
