Use for the intended purpose

ROLLER'S Convex, ROLLER'S Polo, ROLLER'S Hydro-Polo are intended for the purpose of cold pressure bending of pipes up to 90°.
All other uses are not for the intended purpose and are therefore prohibited.

1.3. Applications
No cracks or wrinkles shall occur during professional cold bending. Pipe qualities and dimensions which do not guarantee this are not suited to be bent with
ROLLER'S Convex, ROLLER'S Polo and ROLLER'S Hydro-Polo.

Place the bender drive (4) on a fi rm, level base. Make sure that there is enough
room for the fully assembled pipe bender and the pipe to be bent. Insert the
lower roller holder (1) into the lower groove of the bender drive (4) so that the
feet (16) are facing down and the bolt (5) can be inserted. Secure the bolt (5)
with the spring loaded pin (6). Insert the upper roller holder (2) into the upper
groove of the bender drive (4) so that the angle marking (14) is legible, fi x with
the bolt (5), secure the bolt with the spring-loaded pin (6). Insert the rollers (7)
