The connection between the reader and the control units can be made
using a standard 4-core cable. We recommend using a standard electrical
cable J-Y(St) Y 2 x 2 x 0.8 with a maximum distance of 100 metres.
When installing several wallreaders, ensure that the distance between the
reader units is at least 25 cm (fig. 7). If the distance is too low, the HF
fields may overlap. This may cause that transponder media are no longer
reliably detected.
