angebracht.
2.5 Funktionsweise des Servobetriebs
Wird die Bremsauslösetaste betätigt, so werden die
Analogwerte der Kraftsensoren vom Microcontroller
der Hauptleiterplatte seriell an die Reglerleiterplatte
weitergeleitet und dort mit einer Regelschleife in
Analogsignale gewandelt und an die
Motioncontroller weitergeleitet. Die Motioncontroller
treiben die beiden Servomotoren. Beim
Servobetrieb sind die drei Klemmungen gelöst.
2.6 Andere Motorfunktionen
Die Handschalterfunktionen werden von den beiden
Schrittmotorsteuerungen Zoom (rechter
Handschalter) und Fokus (linker Handschalter)
verarbeitet und seriell an die Hauptleiterplatte
weitergeleitet. Die Hauptleiterplatte steuert dann
anschließend die jeweilige Schrittmotorsteuerung
oder aber die Servofunktion an.

2. Overview
2.1 Suspension
The suspension consists of the mechanical
receptacle of the microscope, the rotation brake,
and the big housing containing the main PCB and
the regulator PCB.
2.2 Suspension for microscope housing
The small housing contains the drive for Y-
movement.
2.3 Microscope housing
The microscope housing contains the drive for the
X-movement and for zoom, illumination, and
focusing.
2.4 Hand switches and sensors
Laterally on the microscope housing the power
sensors for the servo drives are located with the
hand switches for the miroscope functions.
2.5 Function method of servo mode
After releasing the brake button, the analogous
values of the power sensors are serially
transmitted from the microcontroller of the main
PCB to the regulator PCB where they are
transformed to analogous signals via voltage
amplifier and led to the motion controllers. The
motion controllers crank both servo motors. In the
servo mode the three locking devices are
released.
2.6 Other motor functions
The hand switch functions are processed by both
stepping motor controls zoom (right hand switch)
and focus (left hand switch) and serially
transmitted to the main PCB . Then the main PCB
regulates the respective stepping motor control or
the servo function.
