5. Baugruppenaustausch

5.1 Stativkupplung

Achtung! Vor Öffnen des Geräts System
ausschalten und Netzstecker ziehen.
! Mikroskop vom Stativ abnehmen.
! Zwei Schrauben (1-1) herausdrehen und den
seitlichen Deckel (1-2) abnehmen.
! Oberen Deckel (1-3) abnehmen.
! Schirmanschluss der Zuleitung (10-5)
abschrauben.
! Die beiden Stecker (A1-X9)(10-6) und (A1-X1)
(10-7) von der Hauptleiterplatte abziehen.
! Zugentlastung (9-1) lösen.
! Deckel (1-4) abschrauben. Die beiden Kabel
herausziehen. 6 Schrauben (4-1) und
Stativkupplung mit Kabel entfernen.
Lichtleiterführung (4-2) am Ort belassen.
! Anschlussleitung von oben durch die neue
Stativkupplung führen.
! Beide Kabel der Stativkupplung durch die
Öffnungen im Mikroskoparm stecken. Bei der
Montage der Stativkupplung darauf achten, dass
die kleine Senkung in der Anschraubfläche der
Stativkupplung nach vorn zum Einblick zeigt.
! Stativkupplung mit den sechs Schrauben (4-1)
befestigen (Schrauben mit Loctite 243 sichern),
Verbindungskabel in umgekehrter Reihenfolge
wieder mit der Leiterplatte verbinden. Die
Anschlussleitung wird bei der Markierung
(schwarzer Strich) unter die Zugentlastung (9-1)
geschraubt.
! Die Lichtleiterführung (4-2) muss sich leicht
drehen lassen. Ggf. die Stativkupplung neu zum
Mikroskoparm zentrieren.

5. Exchange of Assemblies

5.1 Coupling of stand

Attention! Prior to open the equipment, switch
off the system and pull off the mains plug.
! Detach the microscope from the stand.
! Remove 2 screws (1-1) and take off the side
cover (1-2).
! Take off the upper cover (1-3).
! Unscrew the shield connection of the feed line
(10-5).
! Pull off both plugs (A1-X9)(10-6) and A1-
X1(10-7)) from the main PCB.
! Loosen the strain relief (9-1).
! Unscrew the cover (1-4). Pull out both cables.
Remove 6 screws (4-1) and the stand coupling
with cable. Do not remove the fiberoptic cable
clip (4-2).
! Put the connection line from above through the
new stand coupling.
! Plug both cables of the stand coupling through
the holes in the microscope arm. While mount-
ing the stand coupling, make sure that the
small groove in the surface plane of the stand
coupling points forwards to the eyepiece head.
! Fix the stand coupling with the 6 screws (4-1)
(secure the screws with Loctite 243), attach the
connection cable to the PCB vice versa. The
connection cable has to be screwed to the
bottom of the strain relief (9-1) at the marking
(black line).
! The fiberoptic cable clip (4-2) must easily be
rotatable. Re-center the stand coupling relative
to the microscope arm, if necessary.
