4.8 Keine Mikroskopfunktion vorhanden
! Siehe auch Fehlermeldung
"KEIN MIKROSKOP".
! Versorgungsspannung fehlt. An der
Mikroskopanschlussplatte A4-X11:4 (GND) und
A4-X11:5 (+24VDC) nachmessen bzw. im
Mikroskop.
! 5 V Versorgungsspannung prüfen (LED V1) bzw.
nachmessen auf der Hauptleiterplatte an X13:5
(GND) nach X13:4 (+5VDC). Ist diese Spannung
nicht vorhanden, so müssen nacheinander die
weiterführenden Leitungen abgezogen werden,
um den Fehler einzugrenzen. (X13, X5, X6, X7)
! Wenn durch den Ausfall des Hauptprozessors
die Watchdog-Funktion anspricht, so arbeitet die
Kontrollanzeige für den Motor-Stopp-Betrieb
auch nicht mehr. Es ist dann der Microcontroller
oder die Hauptleiterplatte zu tauschen.
4.9 Servo-Antrieb läuft selbttätig
! Bremsauslösetaste klemmt. System aus- und
wieder einschalten, um Fehlermeldung
"MIKRO. HANDSCHALTER" zu erzeugen.
! Wenn die Funktion selbsttätig abschaltet und
eine Fehlermeldung erfolgt, liegt ein Fehler auf
der Reglerleiterplatte, dem Motioncontroller oder
aber am Servomotor (Drehgeber) selbst vor.

4.10 Servo-Antriebe laufen in die falsche
Richtung
! Wenn mit beiden Handgriffen in die falsche
Richtung gelaufen wird, sind die Steckverbinder
der Sensoren vertauscht (A4-X8 und X9).
! Läuft nur die X-Bewegung falsch herum, so ist
der Sensor falsch herum montiert. Die
Indexmarkierung an der Stirnseite des Sensors
muss nach oben zeigen.

4.8 No microscope function
! Refer to error message 'NO MICROSCOPE'
! No power supply. Re-measure at the
microscope connection plate A4-X11:4 (GND)
and A4-X11:5 (+24VDC) or in the microscope.
! Check the 5 V power voltage (LED V1) or re-
measure on the main PCB at X13:5 (GND) to
X13:4 (+5VDC). If this voltage is not available,
remove the following lines one after the other to
localize the error (X13, X5, X6, X7).
! If the watchdog function is activated due to
break-down of the main processor, the control
indication for the motor stop mode is also out of
function. Then you should exchange the micro
controller or the main PCB.
4.9 Servo drive is self-acting
! The brake release button is stuck. Switch OFF
and ON the system to get the error message
'MICRO. HANDSWITCH'.
! If the function switches off automatically and an
error message appears, a failure must be on
the regulator PCB, the motion controller, or in
the servo motor (encoder). Refer to error
message 'MICRO.SERVO-DRIVE'.
4.10 Servo drives run into wrong direction
! If via both handles the microscope runs into the
wrong direction, the plug connectors of the
sensors are mixed up (A4-X8 and X9).
! If only the X-movement runs into the wrong
direction, the sensor is mounted vice versa.
The index marking on the front side of the
sensor must point upwards.
