5.7 Servomotor X
Achtung! Vor Öffnen des Geräts System
ausschalten und Netzstecker ziehen.
! Deckel (1-6) abschrauben.
! Alle Steckverbinder von der Verteilerleiterplatte
(11-1) abziehen. Zwei Schrauben (11-6) inkl.
Abschirmungen und Verteilerleiterplatte
entfernen. Zwei verschiedene Schrauben (12-1)
herausdrehen (Position beachten), den Riemen
vorsichtig von der kleinen Riemenscheibe (12-2)
ziehen.
! Servomotor (X) entfernen.
! Der Einbau der neuen Baugruppe erfolgt in
umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
! Beim Anschrauben des Servomotors den
Riemen spannen.
! Der Riemen darf nie ganz stramm sein, bei
leichtem Fingerdruck muss er nachgeben.
! Der Riemen darf beim Richtungswechsel des
Servomotors axial auf der kleinen Riemenschei-
be hin- und herlaufen. Er ist so einzustellen,
dass er notfalls gegen die Nabe der
Riemenscheibe, niemals jedoch gegen die
Bundscheibe stößt. Mit den Schrauben (12-1)
den Servomotor ggf. parallel zur Getriebewelle
justieren.
! Die Steckverbinder werden mithilfe des
Verdrahtungsplans 656 950 Sch wieder
aufgesteckt.

off the system and pull off the mains plug.
! Unscrew the cover (1-6).
! Pull off all plug connectors from the distribution
! Remove the servo motor (X).
! The installation of the new assembly has to be
