5.3 Hauptleiterplatte
Achtung! Vor Öffnen des Geräts System
ausschalten und Netzstecker ziehen.
! Zwei Schrauben (1-1) herausdrehen und
seitlichen Deckel (1-2) abnehmen.
! Die beiden Motioncontroller (10-1) und alle Kabel
abziehen.
! Fünf Schrauben (10-2) (10-5) und (10-10)
herausdrehen.
! Hauptleiterplatte (10-3) herausnehmen.
! Der Einbau der neuen Baugruppe erfolgt in
umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
! Der Schirmanschluss der Zuleitung wird mit
unter der Befestigungsschraube (10-5) befestigt.
! Die Motioncontroller können an den
vorgegebenen Steckplätzen in beliebiger
Reihenfolge aufgesteckt werden.
5.4 Microcontroller
Achtung! Vor Öffnen des Geräts System
ausschalten und Netzstecker ziehen.
! Zwei Schrauben (1-1) herausdrehen und
seitlichen Deckel (1-2) abnehmen.
! Mit PLCC-Ausziehwerkzeug den Microcontroller
(10-4) aus der Fassung ziehen. Falls kein PLCC-
Ausziehwerkzeug vorhanden ist, kann bei
ausgebauter Hauptleiterplatte der Microcontroller
durch die Bohrung auf der Leiterplattenunterseite
vorsichtig herausgedrückt werden.
! Beim Einsetzen des Microcontrollers die
Kodierung beachten (abgeschrägte Ecke).

5.3 Main PCB
Attention! Prior to open the equipment, switch
off the system and pull off the mains plug.
! Remove 2 screws (1-1) and take off the side
cover (1-2).
! Pull off both motion controllers (10-1) and all
cables.
! Remove 5 screws (10-2) (10-5) and (10-10).
! Take off the main PCB (10-3).
! The installation of the new assembly has to be
performed vice versa.
! The shield connection of the power line has to
be fixed under the fixing screw (10-5).
! The motion controllers can be plugged on to
the specified pin connectors in any succession.
5.4 Micro controller
Attention! Prior to open the equipment,switch
off the system and pull off the mains plug.
! Remove 2 screws (1-1) and take off the side
cover (1-2).
! Pull out the microcontroller (10-4) from its
mount using a PLCC wrench. If no PLCC
wrench is available, the microcontroller can
carefully be pressed out through the hole in the
PCB bottom after detaching the main PCB.
! When inserting the micro controller, pay
attention to the coding (inclined edge).
