4.5 Fehlermeldung "MOTOR-STOPP-BETRIEB"

! Wenn der Motor-Stopp-Schalter betätigt wurde,
wird diese Meldung am Bedienfeld des Stativs
angezeigt. Die Versorgungsspannung der
Motioncontroller ist unterbrochen. Im Servo-
Betrieb werden dann die Klemmungen ganz
normal gelöst, nur die Antriebe sind ausgeschal-
tet. Es leuchtet dann auch die Leuchtdiode
neben dem Schalter. Sollte der Schalter nicht
funktionieren, so ist er auszutauschen.

4.6 Eine der Mikroskopfunktionen arbeitet nicht

(Zoom, Beleuchtung, Fokus)

! Wenn keine Fehlermeldung am Bedienfeld des
Stativs erfolgt, ist die Schrittmotorsteuerung, der
Motor oder das Motorkabel defekt. Die
Schrittmotorsteuerungen können zum Test
vertauscht werden. Es ist jedoch auf die Stellung
der DIP-Schalter zu achten. Es können die
elektrischen Widerstände der beiden
Motorwicklungen (und Kabel) gemessen werden.
! Wenn der Beleuchtungszoom nicht arbeitet, ist
evtl. nur eine Blende manuell eingeschwenkt.
Der Motor arbeitet nur, wenn die größte Blende
eingeschwenkt ist.
4.7 Mikroskop lässt sich nicht vom Stativ bzw.
vom Fußschalter bedienen
! Wenn das Mikroskop vom Handschalter normal
zu bedienen ist, die Stativklemmungen jedoch
nicht gelöst werden können, dann ist die
Mikroskopschnittstelle defekt (siehe
Fehlermeldung "KEIN MIKROSKOP" bzw.
Serviceanleitung Stativ).

4.5 Error message 'MOTOR-STOP-MODE'

! If the motor stop switch is activated, this is
indicated on the control panel of the stand. The
power supply of the motion controllers is
interrupted. In the servo mode, the locking
devices are released as usual, only the drives
are switched off. Then the LED next to the
switch is lit. If the switch is defective, it has to
be exchanged.

4.6 One of the microscope functions does not

work (zoom, illumination, focus)

! If no error message is indicated on the control
panel of the stand, the stepping motor control,
the motor, or the motor cable is defective. For
testing purposes, the stepping motor controls
may be exchanged. But pay attention to the
positions of the DIP switches. The electric
resistance of both motor windings (and cables)
can be measured.
! If the illumination zoom does not work, perhaps
a diaphragm may manually be switched in. The
motor only works, if the largest diaphragm is
swivelled in.
4.7 Microscope cannot be operated via stand
or foot switch
! If the microscope can be operated via hand
switch as usual, but the locking devices of the
stand cannot be released, the microscope
interface is defective (refer to error message
'NO MICROSCOPE' or to the service manual of
the stand).
