5.6 Servomotor Y
Achtung! Vor Öffnen des Geräts System
ausschalten und Netzstecker ziehen.
! Deckel (2-1), Kabelhalter (3-4) und Haube (1-5)
abschrauben.
! Kabelhalter (3-1) lösen und wegklappen.
! 3 Schrauben (3-2) leicht lösen.
! Riemen abnehmen, zuerst von der großen
Scheibe.
! Motorplatte mit Motor ganz abschrauben und
Servomotor (Y) herausnehmen.
! Steckverbinder trennen.
! Der Einbau der neuen Baugruppe erfolgt in
umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
! Kabelhalter (3-4) befestigen.
! Riemen über die kleine Scheibe, dann durch
leichtes Drehen über die große Scheibe legen.
! Beim Anschrauben der Motorplatte die
Abschirmung unter die rechte Schraube (3-2)
legen und den Riemen spannen. Der Riemen
darf nie ganz stramm sein. Bei leichtem
Fingerdruck muss er nachgeben. Der Riemen
darf beim Richtungswechsel des Servomotors
axial auf der kleinen Riemenscheibe hin- und
herlaufen. Er ist so einzustellen, dass er notfalls
gegen die Nabe der Riemenscheibe, niemals
jedoch gegen die Bundscheibe stößt. Mit den
Schrauben (3-3) den Servomotor gegebenenfalls
justieren.
! Funktionstest durchführen. Deckel (2-1) und
Haube (1-5) wieder anschrauben.

Attention! Prior to open the equipment, switch
off the system and pull off the mains plug.
! Unscrew the cover (2-1), the cable clip (3-4),
and the cover (1-5).
! Loosen the cable clip (3-1) and fold it back.
! Slightly loosen 3 screws (3-2).
! Take off the belt, first from the large disk.
! Totally unscrew the motor plate with the motor
and take off the servo motor (Y).
! Detach the plug connector.
! The installation of the new assembly has to be
performed vice versa.
! Tighten the cable clip (3-4)
! Put the belt on the small disk and then by slight
rotation on the large disk.
! When screwing the motor plate tight, locate the
shield connection under the right screw (3-2)
and stretch the belt. The belt must not be too
tight. At slight finger pressure it should give in.
While the servo motor changes its direction,
the belt may run to and fro axially on the small
belt disk. The belt has to be adjusted such that
it may touch the driving collar, but it must not
touch the outer stop disk. The servo motor can
be adjusted via the screws (3-3).
! Perform the function test. Re-tighten the covers
(2-1) and (1-5).
