5 5-digit LCD (Liquid-Crystal-Display) for displaying values up to

6 ON-button The measuring device is active as long as this button
is being pressed. When the button is released, the measuring
device and the laser are switched off.
7 "MEMORY" button During every measurement the highest num-
ber of revolutions / belt speed "UP", the lowest number of revo-
lutions / belt speed "dn", and the last measured value / speed
"LA" are automatically recorded. Shaft with shearing pin for
contact measuring.
8 8 Selector: for the contactless measuring: "PHOTO", for con-
tact measuring with the rotational adapters: "CONTACT", and
for the contact measuring of belt speeds with the friction wheel
in m per minute: "m/min." and for the contact measuring of the
belt speed with the friction wheel in ft (feet = 33cm) per minute:
"ft/min."
