Leak test of the entire installation, if necessary in sections, applying compressed air.
Caution:
The safety valve opens at 3 bar,
the membrane extension tank must not be charged in excess of 3 bar.
In case of higher pressures, close the safety valve with the help of a blind cap and close the
tank at express coupling (hexagon socket screw), but to be removed and opened after
pressure testing again and to be lead-sealed against unauthorised closing!

Filling the system (secondary circuit)
For this purpose, fill in the medium (water via filling ball valve, primary) and carefully air bleed the
system.
If possible, use water from the primary system. Make a hose connection between bleeding valve,
primary, and filling ball valve, secondary.
Recommended static filling pressure: min. 1.5 bar
Note:
The safety valve will open at 3 bar.
