GETTING STARTED

The Timex IRONMAN® Move x20 can be set up
and synced with mobile devices that support
Bluetooth Low Energy technology.

CHARGING YOUR ACTIVITY BAND

Your activity band must be charged before
setup.
1. Clip the charging cable onto the back of your
activity band and secure using the strap.

2. Plug your charging cable into a USB port.
The activity band will display the battery charge
level.

DOWNLOADING PHONE APP

1. Download and install the Timex IRONMAN®
Move x20 app for iPhone from the iTunes app
store, or, for Android, from the Google Play
app store.

PAIRING

Your band is set up directly through the app. The
activity band must be charged before setup.
1. Open the Timex IRONMAN® Move x20 app.
2. Press and hold u button on your activity band
for 2.5 seconds.
3. Press I HAVE IRONMAN MOVE x20, choose
device and press DONE.
