Connection and Control Elements
(1) MIC INPUT connection
A dynamic DJ microphone or a DJ condenser microphone with its own power supply and XLR or 6.3 mm jack
plug can be connected to this socket.
(2) GAIN control
These rotary controls adjust the mixer input to the respective output level of the source of signal (record
player, CD player etc.) .
(3) LOW/MID/HIGH control
Use these sound controllers to change the sound of the individual mixer channels..
HIGH = treble control
MID = mids control
LOW = bass control
Turn the control all the way to the left for maximum attenuation.
Turn the control all the way to the right for maximum gain.
In centre position, the control does not influence the signal (neutral position).
(4) MIC/LINE/PHONO switch
Use this input selection switch to select the input source for CHANNEL 1.
MIC position: The DJ microphone signal at the MIC INPUT (1) connection is played back.
LINE/PHONO position: The device's signal at the INPUT 1 connection is played back.
Minimise the volume with the corresponding channel fader before toggling an input selection
switch. Possible differences in volume between the input sources may otherwise cause sudden
excessive volume.
(5) Input selection switch PHONO/LINE
Use this input selection switch to select the input source for CHANNELs 2 and 3.
PHONO position: The record player signal at the PHONO (27) connection is played back.
LINE position: The device's signal at the LINE (26) connection is played back.
Minimise the volume with the corresponding channel fader before toggling an input selection
switch. Possible differences in volume between the input sources may otherwise cause sudden
excessive volume.
