13. Handling

• Protect the product from dampness, cold, heat, dust and strong sun radiation.
• Never disassemble the product. Have the unit repaired only by an experienced technician
otherwise the unit's guarantee will expire.
• If the remote control is transported in a bag or trousers pocket, the buttons may be
inadvertently activated or pressed and may carry out undesired switching or even enter
programming mode.
• Do not drop the product, it will be damaged even if it falls from a low height.

14. Maintenance and Cleaning

Apart from a possibly necessary change of battery, the product is maintenance free, never take
it apart.
Clean the product with a soft, clean and dry cloth. To achieve a better cleaning action the cloth
can be dampened with lukewarm water. Make sure that no liquid gets into the device!
Do not use cleaning agents containing solvents, since these may damage the plastic housing
and labelling.
You can very easily remove dust with a clean, soft brush.
