12. Infrared Interface

The remote control has an IR interface for convenient configuration of settings.
In connection with the "FS20 IRP", the house code and addresses can be simply entered and
managed via PC software. In addition, any button can be freely allocated to an FS20 command.
This creates new and varied possibilities for controlling your FS20 system.
In order to transfer the configuration data, the remote control must be set to the IR programming

mode. Hold down the " " and " " buttons on the remote control (for 5 seconds at least) until
the control-light LED is lit.
Now you can release the buttons.
The remote control must be positioned to allow the IR receiver diode on the remote control and
the IR transmitter diode on the "FS20 IRP" are in direct line of sight contact.
Once this is done the programming process can be started via the PC software.
After the programming is successfully completed, the control light LED is no longer lit.
