2. Intended Use

The laser fog machine heats an appropriately suited fog liquid to evaporating point, thus creating a fog
effect. It is also used to produce a laser effect in light show systems, discotheques, on stages, etc.
ATTENTION: The laser unit is intended for the professional area only.
The fog machine is only approved for connection to 230-240 V/50 Hz alternating voltage and only for
use with an earthed mains socket. The laser must only be operated via the enclosed mains adapter at
100-240 V/50/60 Hz alternating voltage. The enclosed remote control must only be supplied with power via
a battery (type 23A/12 V).
The safety provisions and standards for operation of lasers must be observed.
It is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture, e.g. in bathrooms, must be
avoided under all circumstances.
Any use other than that described above will damage this product and involves the risk of, e.g., eye injury,
short circuit, fire, electric shock, etc.
The entire product must not be modified or converted, and the casing must not be opened.
Attention! The high laser output of the product causes a high risk of health damage if not obser-
ved.
Therefore, read all the operating instructions attentively before assembly and commissioning
and observe the safety notes contained in them.
3. Symbols
The symbol with a lightning bolt in a triangle is used where there is a health hazard, e.g. from
electric shock. The device contains no parts that require servicing by the user. Therefore, never
open the device.
The exclamation mark indicates important notes in these operating instructions that must be
strictly observed.
This symbol indicates that the user must read these operating instructions before using the pro-
duct and observe them during operation.
This symbol indicates that the product must only be used indoors.
The arrow symbol indicates special advice and operating information.
