10. Electric Connection

The mains socket to which the fog machine is connected must be easily accessible to separate
it from the mains voltage quickly in case of an error.
Do not let the mains cable come into contact with other cables.
Be careful when handling mains cables and mains connections. Mains voltage may cause po-
tentially fatal electric shock.
Make sure that no cables lie around openly. Install cables professionally to prevent accidents.
Ensure before plugging in the mains plug that the device voltage indicated on the rating plate
corresponds to the available mains voltage. Do not connect the device if the indication does
not correspond to the available mains voltage. Incorrect supply voltage may lead to irreparable
damage to the device and danger to the user.
• Connect the plug of the radio receiver for the remote control to the connection for the remote control
receiver (6) at the rear of the fog machine.
Only the enclosed radio receiver must be connected to the connection for the remote control
receiver (6). Do not plug in any other devices here.
• Connect the low-voltage plug of the enclosed mains unit to the connection DC 5V at the side of the laser
unit.
• Plug the mains adapter into the connection for the plug-in mains adapter of the laser (3) at the fog machi-
ne or into a mains socket of the public power grid.
Only the enclosed plug-in mains adapter for the laser unit must be connected to the connection
for the plug-in mains adapter of the laser (3). Do not plug in any other devices here.
• The mains plug of the fog machine at the mains line (5) must be plugged into protective ground design
mains socket for operation. However, do not plug in the mains plug of the fog machine yet. Before con-
necting the device to the power supply, you first have to fill the tank with fog liquid (see „Operation").
