displaying the alarm message.
Trouble:
During the working status of the unit, may lack electricity. Upon restart, if the period of the
black-out is very short (< 1 minute), the unit starts in WORK mode, otherwise the alarm is
activated. The display will scroll the following message and the unit goes off.
Solution:
 Check the causes.
 Await the caming back of the electricity and re-start the appareil.
Trouble:
Refer to smoke probe wiring, because of it:
 Check the smoke temperature probe and test it.
 Check the smoke probe being correctly positioned at the correct depth.

 If the problem persists, contact technical support.
Trouble:
Appliance is getting overheated, because of it:
 Check to see if the unit is badly positioned.
 Check if any obstruction flues.
 Check if you have made your annual cleaning combustion chamber and gas flues by
authorized personnel.
 Smoke probe defective or badly positioned.

The smoke exhaust fan doesn't work, because of it:
 Check encoder wiring and electrical connections.
 Check if you have made your annual cleaning combustion chamber and gas flues by
authorized personnel.

Trouble:
Burning does not start, because of it:
 Check the correct position of the burner and the ash drawer.
 Check if the daily cleaning was done though.
 Check for pellet in the tank: pellet feeding screw empty
 not enough primary air (combustion) because of dirtiness (lack in maintenance)
