FUEL LOADING
In the models of stoves with sealed chamber (type B ...) if the unit is on, by
opening the lid of the pellet feed tank, you have 180" time max for charging. After
this period, the device will give the CHARGE OPEN alarm and the device will
automatically shutdown.
 Cut a corner of the bag of and let pellet slowly flow into the tank. Check for any object accidentally being
packed with the pellet.
Fire alert: do absolutely not leave some pellet on the hot parts of the appliance
particularly on the top panel. When loading pellet make sure the bag doesn't touch
hot parts of the stove.
 Pellet is packed in plastic or paper bags. Do carefully stock it to allow humidity from damaging it.
Do not allow the accumulation of sawdust on the bottom of the pellet tank by
weekly vacuuming otherwise the pellet loading mechanism may become jammed.
At stove starting the loading of pellet into the fire pot takes some minutes; during this time the firing
resistance is activated. Usually combustion starts after some 5 to 6 minutes. When the smoke gas
temperature is getting the minimum temperature level the smoke probe transmits to the operating system all
the components are properly working. Now the stove switches to normal burning mode. In the contrary an
error message will be displayed on the remote control (check for error messages).

25. TROUBLESHOOTING

In the event that a malfunction occurs, the board intervenes and signals the irregularities, lighting the LED Alarm
(Alarm LED lit) and beeps. There are the following alarms:
ORIGIN OF THE ALLARMS
Black-out current
Probe temperature smoke
Over temperature smoke
Encoder exausto broken
No flame in the combustion chamber
No pellet
Over temperature of structure
No depression in combustion chamber
Water pressure outside allowable values (only hydro devices)
Pellet loading door open for more than 180 seconds (only sealed chamber, type B)
Each alarm condition causes the immediate shutdown of the unit except the alarm of power failure
(BLACK-OUT), and resettable with long press of start/stop button. Whenever an alarm can be cleared for
safety starts a switch-off of the unit. During the alarm is always on the LED alarms (alarm LED illuminated) and
