Professional Stopwatch

This product complies with the applicable National and European specifications.
Intended Use
The professional stopwatch is intended for use as a multi-functional watch, comprising stopwatch, countdown
timer, frequency counter, pacemaker and alarm.
The professional stopwatch is protected against water spray and thus is suitable for outdoor use.
It is designed for battery operation only. Do not use any other power supply. The correct battery type is spec-
ified in the "Technical data" section.
Any use other than described above is not permitted and can damage the product. In addition, it can lead to
dangers such as short-circuit, fire and electrical shock.
Read the operating instructions carefully and keep them for later reference.
The safety instructions should be observed without fail!

Safety Instructions

The warranty will be void in the event of damage caused by failure to observe these safe-
ty instructions. We do not assume liability for any resulting damage.
We shall not accept liability for damage to property or personal injury caused by incor-
rect handling or non-compliance with the safety instructions! The warranty will be void
in such cases.
An exclamation mark in a triangle indicates important instructions in the operating
instructions.
The "hand" symbol indicates special information and advice on operating the device.
• For safety and approval (CE) reasons, unauthorised conversion and/or modifications to the product are not
permitted.
• Do not expose the product to high temperatures, extreme damp, strong vibrations or heavy mechanical
loads.
• If you have any doubts about the correct operation, or the safety of the product, please consult a specialist.
• Keep the product and the battery out of the reach of children. They are not a toys.
• Do not leave packing materials unattended. They may become a dangerous playthings for children.
• The manufacturer does not accept any liability for incorrect or inaccurate readings or any consequences
resulting from such readings.
• Please observe the additional safety instructions in the individual chapters of this manual.

Changing the Battery
The battery should only be replaced by a specialist as it is necessary to open the watch housing. The stop-
watch may be damaged, if the batteries are not replaced by a specialist.
The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from incorrect replacement of the battery.
Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
Make sure that the polarity is correct when inserting the battery.
Remove the battery, if you are not going to use the device for a while, to prevent dam-
age from leaking. Leaking or damaged batteries/rechargeable batteries can cause acid
burns upon contact with skin. Thus, you should wear protective gloves when handling
damaged batteries/rechargeable batteries.
Keep them out of reach of children. Do not leave batteries lying around. There is the risk
that the batteries may be swallowed by children or pets.
Make sure that the battery is neither short-circuited nor thrown into a fire. Do not
recharge batteries. There is danger of explosion.
• Remove the screws at the back of the device.
• Remove the cover of the housing.
• Remove the flat coin cell from the battery case and insert a new 3V lithium coin cell CR2032 in the case,
pay attention to the correct polarity. The positive pole must point upwards.
• Replace the housing lid on the back of the stopwatch. Make sure that the rubber sealing ring fits neatly into
the notch and that it is not squeezed.
• Tighten the screws of the housing lid equally.
• If the display contrast fades, the battery is low and has to be replaced as described above.
If the display does not show anything, remove the battery and insert it again.
Display Light
• Press the LIGHT button (E) to switch on the display light for approx. 4 seconds.
Setting the Time and Date
• Press the MODE button (C), until the time is displayed.
• Keep the RECALL button (B) pressed for 2 seconds, until the seconds flash.
• Press the START/STOP button (D) to set the seconds to "0".
• Press the LAP/SPLIT button (A), until the hours flash.
• Set the hours with the START/STOP button (D).
• Press the LAP/SPLIT button (A), until the minutes flash.
• Repeat the steps described above to set Year > Month > Date > 12/24h format in the order specified.
• Press the RECALL button (B) to save the setting, or wait for 30 seconds until the setting mode is complet-
ed automatically.
If the seconds display shows 30s or more, the minutes jumps to the next minute when the sec-
onds are set to "0".
The minutes do not change, if the seconds displayed are 30s or less.
Setting the Alarm
• Press the MODE button (C), until the alarm time is displayed.
• Keep the RECALL button (B) pressed for 2 seconds, until the hours flash.
• Set the hours with the START/STOP button (D).
• Press the LAP/SPLIT button (A), until the minutes flash.
• Set the minutes with the START/STOP button (D).
• Press the RECALL button (B) to save the setting, or wait for 30 seconds until the setting mode is complet-
ed automatically.
The alarm is activated automatically by setting the alarm time.
The alarm sounds for 60 seconds at the set alarm time.
In order to deactivate the alarm sound, press one of the buttons (A, B, C or D), while the time
is displayed.
