IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Before using your appliance, read carefully the instructions contained in this booklet, which furnish important
information regarding installation, use and maintenance safety. The booklet must be keeped and delivered to
the new user in case of cession of the machine. The Manufacturer reserves the right to vary the features of
the product without prior notice. The technical data are merely indicative.
1.
This appliance is intended exclusively for the use for which it was created, that is the destruction of the
flying insects, and the producer would not be considered responsible for any damage caused by its im-
proper use.
2.
After unpacking, make sure that the appliance is complete and shows no signs of visible damage or
tampering.
3.
Keep packing materials, which are potential dangers, away from children (plastic bags, styrofoam packing
pellets, nails, etc.).
4.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
5.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
6.
Before connecting the appliance make sure that the voltage is the same as indicated on the device and the
line supply is corresponding to the effective rules.

Do not use in presence of gas, inflammable or explosive liquids or substances.
8.
Do never use the equipment put on the round.
9.
Do never use the equipment if not steadily fixed onto a wall.
10. Always and only use the equipment in vertical position with a collection sack at its bottom. The collection
sack can lean to a supporting surface, but stays suitably extended.
11. Make yourself always sure that a sufficient space around the equipment exist to allow a good air circula-
tion.
12. Some fundamental rules which apply to all electrical devices must be observed when using the appliance:
• do not touch the heather with wet hands;
• do not handle with bare feet;
• do not pull the electric cord or the device itself to unplug it from the socket; pull the plug directly;
• do not let children or incompetent people use device without supervision.
13. Keep cord away from heat.
14. Do not bring modifications to the product that compromise the safety.
15. Keep connections dry.
16. Never plunge the appliance in water.
17 . If the power supply cord is damaged avoid to use it. Let the Manufacturer, or the After Sale Service, or
some similar qualified person replace it, in order to avoid any risk.
18. Disconnect the appliance from the supply line, if you don't use it for a long time.
19. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply linee before doing any maintenance operation.
20. Periodically verify the integrity of the appliance. If defects are found, do not use it; call an Authorized After
Sale Service.
21. In case of malfunction or fault, call an Authorized After Sale Service, and request original spare parts.
22. The appliance must be properly connected to a distributing box. A bipolar circuit breaker with contact
opening distance of at least 3 mm must be fitted upstream from the supply line, in accordance with the
wiring rules.
23. The energy supply must be done through a properly grounded circuit.
24. In order to assure an additional protection, it is suggested to install in the supply line feeding the bathroom
a safety switch with nominal differential current not higher then 30 mA. Ask to the electrician about this
point.
Elimination of the problems due to transport a/o accidental falls
• if the fan does not turn or is in contact with external bodywork disconnect the equipment and send it to a
service centre.
• If lamps won't turn on disconnect the equipment and send it to a service centre.
