Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Bitte beachten Sie diese Hinweise sowie die Einsatzbe-
dingungen und zulässigen Daten gemäß Datenblatt Typ
8644, damit das Gerät einwandfrei funktioniert und lange
einsatzfähig bleibt. Bei Nichtbeachtung dieser Hinweise sowie bei
unzulässigen Eingriffen in das Gerät entfällt jegliche Haftung
unsererseits, ebenso erlischt die Garantie auf Geräte und
Zubehörteile! Das Gerät dient ausschließlich als elektrisch /
pneumatisches Automatisierungssystem unter Verwendung von
ROCKWELL-Elektronikmodulen. Eine andere oder darüber
hinaus-gehende Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß .
Für hieraus resultierende Schäden haftet Bürkert nicht. Das
Risiko trägt allein der Anwender.
Das Quickstart-Faltblatt ist eine Ergänzung zur
Betriebsanleitung. Weiterführende Informationen finden Sie
in der Betriebsanleitung auf der beiliegenden CD.
ACHTUNG!
• Halten Sie sich bei Einsatzplanung und Betrieb des
Gerätes an die einschlägigen allgemein anerkannten
sicherheitstechnischen Regeln.
• Eingriffe dürfen nur durch Fachpersonal und mit
geeignetem Werkzeug erfolgen!
• Treffen Sie geeignete Maßnahmen, um unbeabsichtigtes
Betätigen oder unzulässige Beeinträchtigungen
auszuschließen.
• Schalten Sie vor Eingriffen in das System in jedem Fall
die Spannung ab!
• Beachten Sie, dass in Systemen, die unter Druck stehen,
Leitungen und Ventile nicht gelöst werden dürfen!
• Sehen Sie im Reparaturfall sichere elektrische Trenn-
und medientechnische Absperrvorrichtungen vor.
• Gewährleisten Sie nach einer Unterbrechung einen
definierten und kontrollierten Wiederanlauf des Systems.
• Verwenden Sie in jedem Fall Sicherheitskleinspannung
nach Schutzklasse 3 VDE 0580!

long service lift, you must comply with the information in
this Quick Start Instruction and the application conditions and
specifications provided in the Type 8644 Data Sheet. Usage of
the device in a manner that is contrary to this Quick Start
Instruction or the application conditions and specifications
provided in the Type 8644 Data Sheet is improper and will void
your warranty. The device serves exclusively as a Electrical and
Pneumatic Automation System using ROCKWELL electronics
modules. Any other use is considered improper use. Bürkert will
not be responsible for any improper use of the device.
The quickstart foldout is a supplement to the Operating
Instructions. More detailed information is to be found on the
enclosed CD.
ATTENTION!
• Be sure to observe generally accepted safety rules
when planning, installing and using this device. For
example, take suitable measures to prevent
unintentional operations of the device.
• Work on the unit should only be carried out by
specialists using the correct tools!
• Do not impair the operation of the device.
• Do not attemp to detach or unscrew any lines or valves
in the system that are under pressure.
• Always be sure to switch off the voltage supply before
working on the system.
• When carrying out overhaul work, ensure that safe
separation and media blocking equipment are available.
• Following an interruption, ensure that a defined and
controlled restart of the system takes place.
• Always use low safety voltages according to protection
class 3 VDE 0580!
